Murray will give Judd furniture talk Saturday

MARFA – Caitlin Murray, director of Marfa Programs and Archivist of Judd Foundation, will present a lecture, “Donald Judd: On Thoughtful Building and Building Well,” on the history of Donald Judd’s furniture and its relationship to the history of modernist furniture as demonstrated by Judd’s own furniture collection installed in his living and working spaces at 101 Spring Street in New York and Marfa.

The talk begins at 6pm Saturday, June 10 at Crowley Theater.

Seats are available on first-come, first-served basis. The talk is free and open to the public.

This public talk is a part of Judd Foundation’s It’s Hard To Find a Good Lamp Talk Series.
