Brewster County Livestock Show

ALPINE – The 2012 Big Bend Livestock Show is set for Friday and Saturday, January 13 and 14 at the Alpine High School ag barn.

4-H and FFA students from Brewster and Jeff Davis counties will exhibit their prize lambs, pigs, goats, and steers during the two-day event. Weigh-in and classification is Thursday, January 12.

A full concession stand will be operated throughout the show.

The premium sale and silent auction will follow Saturday night, January 14, at the Alpine Civic Center. A buyer’s social begins at 6pm, and the premium and silent auctions get underway at 7pm.

The sale will be broadcast live on KVLF AM-1240, KALP FM-92.7, and www.bigbendradio.com.
